Hotel a Grand Strand

“The room was clean and few was nice. Maybe should get new furniture in living area its a little dated. ”

“The resort itself was fantastic. The views, the pools, cleanliness, hospitality, was all wonderful. The beds on the other hand, a completely different story. The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself”

“Great experience , more than I expected. Awesome bartenders , there’s happy hour and a starbucks Cafe as well. 2 indoor pools , one covered , a mini pool, a lazy river and Super splash pad/water park! Only issue was the parking near the building for check in & Handicap it’s scares but front desk attendants were very helpful and courteous!”

“When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he...

“Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3.”

“I did see a bug in the bathroom and I got a 1 bedroom condo instead of a two bedroom condo. ”
