Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys included. Oceanside Village amenities include kid's pool with water park, outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, and private oceanfront golf cart parking next to Conch Cafe. Everything we Expected!

This was a great choice for our family vacation! We actually stayed here twice in the last 3 years, and there's a reason why I chose to come back. Great location, great house, great host!

Near the ocean with dogs

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at Brian’s place. It is a short drive on the included golf cart to oceanfront parking and the beach, and our three small dogs felt right at home.

The house has everything! We had a few issues all was taken care quickly and all was perfect. Brian was a great host. This was our favorite place so far in OSV. We were disappointed the indoor pool was not open - wasn't last year either. We had a great time.

Lovely pet-friendly property in Oceanside Village. Owner was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. Golf cart included was a plus along with the fabulous amenities in Oceanside Village (including oceanfront parking). Would stay here again!!

I and the kids loved the house; it was cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for me, two 20 year old boys, and two 13 year old girls (only all together for 2 nights).

Garden City Get-a-way

This cozy cottage is minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very well stocked with paper goods, kitchen items, etc. a golf cart was provided as well as beach chairs & umbrella. Nice quiet community. Would definitely stay here again!
