“The room has a musty smell”

“Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person”

“We stayed 4 nights. No housekeeping other than fresh towels. Breakfast was horrible.”

“Paris handled everything with ease. It was busy and I needed multiple rooms the family behind me need multiple rooms. The hey machine was acting a bit wonky and Paris never missed a beat. He handled everything perfectly by being patient and positive.”

“Had a Gigantic Roach in the bathroom scared Me to death!!!”

“Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.”

“Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. “The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”
