“Good value. Had a pleasant ground floor room overlooking greenery and you can open windows and French doors to get a pleasing evening breeze. Property is a little dated but we were fine with that. Access to plugs is an issue for charger, kettle and iron , cant use light plugs as different so have to pull out tv on stand to access and crawl in. They should have an extension plug pack to make it easier.”

“Customer service was a real issue at this hotel. There was no-one on Reception on my arrival, just a sign to say they were in the dining area. I went to the dining area and asked someone there if I could have help with my bags. There is no lift and there were 3 flights of stairs to my room. No-one came.
