“We had the windowless room. We needed a twin room but we were shown a double room. The hotel staff were lovely and we were shown a twin room. It was hot but it had fans. Still, it was hot. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive. The maintenance staff were excellent too as the toilet was blocked but they were on it straight away. So, all in all, a very pleasant trip except for the heat but it was hot outside.”
