Hotel all inclusive in East Sussex

“Good breakfast buffet. Room has seen better days, rather shabby. We were on the 4th floor which was very hot, but there was a good tower fan which cooled things down. The shower didn't work, but reception got someone to fix it at some speed. Only the bare minimum printed information in the room - fire precautions, but nothing about facilities, or breakfast times.”

“The Chatsworth Hotel, Eastbourne, is marketed as a 5-star hotel, but my experience fell far short of that standard. In my view, even a 3-star rating would be difficult to justify based on the room quality, facilities, and service I received. At over £200 per night, I expected a comfortable room and attentive service. Instead, I was given a very basic room with only a partial sea view. There was no minibar, no slippers, and the shower had visible stains. These are not the standards most guests...
