“The staff was extremely rude when checking in. We had called to inquire about early check in and the phone call went well. She said because of the holiday they couldn’t guarantee an early check in but said we could check when we were close and if there was a room ready we could check in then. No mention of a $65.00 fee for early check in. When we arrive the front desk lady was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. “I didn’t use any amenities. I was unsure about how the parking worked but I think I used the QR code posted in the lot and made payment correctly. Just didn’t understand why there were gates for entry/exit but they always had the arm up. Elevators were dated with floor surfaces in disrepair. Didn’t need room key to ascend to room floor but had that type of system in place.”

“I checked in at 1:30am after a long day of travel. The room felt like it was just a place to sleep. I wasn't able to connect with the front desk as the phone said "this is not a valid extension" and I had to figure out how to lower the blinds, it was a switch on the wall, something I was unfamiliar with. The room felt like it had been furnished with bare minimum stuff. No coffee pot but there was and iron and ironing board. Really? The bathroom was ADA and I ended up with the hand held shower...

“Great hotel! I stay here about once a month when i travel to the Portland area.the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is quiet. I haven’t used the pool, the gym, or the sauna but they all look quite nice. Highly recommend”

“The property was excellent! Very clean, the staff was wonderful , plenty of parking. We did not have breakfast at the property (not for any specific reason) but the front desk did inform me of the hours and was very nice about it. We have a trip comming up in August and are planning to stay here again.”
