“This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. “There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...

“When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!”

“The owners seemed really nice so it pains me to give this review. My room was moderately dirty. Baseboards haven't been cleaned lately. There was a layer of dirt on the microwave/fridge. I found long hairs on the sheets (I have a buzz cut). I did have to reconnect the streaming device to the TV (HDMI), and find the dongle/receiver (IR remote control extender) for the remote to work from the bed. I can appreciate that this is a budget option and they are welcoming to PCT through-hikers : I saw...
