“Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean! Only downside was a barking dog at 6 am that woke our toddlers.”

“This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. After a slow 10 mins (I had already done pre check in on my phone thankfully), we went up to our room, opened the door and two dogs came rushing to us barking, the room was occupied. “I stayed for 3 nights. The person who checked me in was nice and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean however the water in the sink would not drain completely every time I used it. The hand soap was empty however I asked one of the housekeepers to add soap to the bathroom and they did. Breakfast is served only until 9am so you do have to wake up a little early to get it. The options for breakfast were good. The hot tub being open and being an option was nice. ”

“This hotel didn't disappoint. Staff was great and friendly. Room clean and smelled good, Breakfast was good as well, a variety. Will stay here again in the future. Close to the mall for shopping. The only thing I will say, when you use GPS travel the fourthplain route. The others take you around about way.. We almost got lost.”
