“Every thing staff was nice”

“Room is clean and renovated. Breakfast is excellent containing hot meals (sausage, omelette, bacon), warm cinnamon rolls, and much more. Location is very convenient for visiting Columbia River Gorge.”

Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their...

“The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology.”

“Helpful staff, clean modern facility. Need key card to access elevators so felt safer. We received a refund for the $10 charge for parking. Just a little inconvenient to have to validate parking stubs each time you left and returned and the other amenities made up for a little inconvenience.”

“Property was old, but also partially remodeled. Chair and headboard had scratches in it, as if a cat had stayed there. It was fine and fairly affordable for staying the night and heading to the airport.”

“This is a basic, no-frills motel. Our room has no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, and no shampoo or conditioner. The floor is tile--no carpet. Even at 8 pm, the clerk was behind a barrier--seemed a bit excessive for suburban property. However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well. The shower was really great with easy access, good safety bar, and fine water pressure. The clerk was nice and pointed out where we could get food. Coffee was...
