“Clean room”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very convenient to the freeway and restaurants are close by.”

“Pleasant property room was clean but missed on the furniture. Big empty spot that could have held a comfortable chair. Requested a king but got 2 queens which threw off the sleeping/nightstand use. Hot tub was very nice. Breakfast food was good (especially the biscuits) and staff did great job keeping it well stocked and the area very clean. Staff were all friendly. Bathroom soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner were really nice… big bottles, not the personal size. Ordered some for home...

“This is a no frills hotel. With that in mind, the kitchenette was wonderful, with a full size refrigerator and great ice maker. However, there is not a table with chairs to eat on. There is a chair at the desk which allows one person to eat comfortably. The bathroom is a nice size with shelves to keep your bathroom items on. There is a huge 3 drawer dresser for clothes as well as an open closet for your hanging items. The hotel has snacks, drinks and a laundry room for additional costs. The...

“I come here every month for several days and the staff feel like family. They are so friendly and helpful. I like the little store for snacks or more. The rooms are well stocked, and have an easy chair along with a comfortable bed, kitchen and desk area.”

“My room was clean; however it was old and run down, moisture ants appeared in my bathroom so I needed to switch rooms. In my first room, the TV did not work, the carpet was horribly stained, the tub needed to be replaced, the lampshade was stained, the mattress was lumpy, the furniture was all chipped, and the furnace and road noises were loud. This room also wreaked of old cigarette smoke, and the in room phone did not work, so you could not ring the office. I was also greeted with the stench...

“The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool and spa were nice , once someone showed us the trick to it. The breakfasts were pathetic. Really rather an insult ,they just shouldn't do it if they don't really want to... They were very accommodating to my small minpin pup. So all in all , they were satisfactory and pleasant. I would return.”

“I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed. “The room was great (except a unique closet/storage setup). It’s great to be right on a beautiful park! The hvac was pretty loud but effective. Otherwise good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of restaurants a short walk away. Great for pets.”

“Place is new or recently remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. Rooms include a kitchenette that we did not use. Breakfast is ordinary self-serve and got the job done.”
