“Room was clean, coffee was great! Room was ready when we arrived very late. ”

“Not sure if it is smokefree facility but someone was smoking in the penthouse area possibly the fire exit, well the smoke stench was coming back in through the restroom vent(3am). Other than that I enjoy this casino.”

“The room smelled like someone just had smoked before we got there. They should also be careful with who they rent their rooms to. ”

“If you're looking for the bare minimum with some fiery friends.... no, I still cannot recommend anyone come here. The bathroom shower faucet leaks, but we couldn't bring ourselves to stay long or use the shower because there were fire ants swarming the toilet base and coming in/out the wall. The beds were basic and the AC worked but was all cracked. I had nightmares of the bugs but we were so tired we did sleep there. We don't recommend. ”

“So the buffet breakfast was great.The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.The only problem was that the hot tub was not operational and the whole reason we chose that hotel was for the hot tub.”

“AC was very cold and when off .. room got hot! Not great parking! Expedia ran our credit card and we also paid at hotel because our reservations was not there when we arrived so employee put under different reservation so we paid double. Not great! Looking for refund. Not easy to call Expedia! Probably won’t use again! ”

“This property is poorly maintained and feels like they are running out of money to service it properly. No towels soap or shampoo. Had to get from front desk. No TV remote. No internet on wifi. Smoke detector hanging from wires on ceiling. The toilet lid smashed and pooply glued together. The toilet seat had one broken hinge. The toilet flush handle had to be held in place with one hand while using it.”

“There was homeless people hanging around outside, people smoking and drinking on the walkway, the room was dirty and had burn holes in the bed blankets, no towels in the bathroom or soap”
