“I literally chose this hotel for the breakfast. Mostly the coffee. Other locations have a lot more to offer . I’m a diabetic and can’t have sugar . Yes they offer sweet and low but that’s simply not good for your body. Splenda or stevia is what diabetics use now . Also they only had one kind of creamer , hazelnut. Why ? Just plain creamer would have so much better. I also upgraded to a king bed and was still in a queen . And I was simply too tired to go say anything . Doubt I’ll stay here...

“I live in Los Lunas and I stayed one night by myself at Isleta for a little me time. Check in was at 4, so I bought a day pass at the Spa starting at 12:30. Was a really nice way to extend my trip a little and I was given the hotel rate for the Spa. I had a nice dinner at TIWA Restaurant, got my $10 FreePlay for being a new player in the casino, did another swim in the evening, and loved my room. My friend had told me their rooms were a little dated, but mine was gorgeous. Not the best view, but...

“Decent place to stay, easy to get to. Picked this place for the breakfast and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was mediocre at best.”

“Not clean, no ev chargers, everything needed fixing, room smelled like cigarettes and linens had cigarette burns all around. The day we checked in there was a situation in one room and the whole hotel was surrounded by APD”

“Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

“The whole hotel smelled like Marijuana and the cable did not work was broken told staff and they never helped and we called Monday to get a refund and the manager did. Not sound concerned or nothing”

“The place was run down. It smell like stale smoke. It was dirty . Did not look like picture that were advertised . There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was disgusting . I would not recommend it to anyone.”
