“To expensive it didn’t say on the website that the pool was closed breakfast didn’t have much I just know I could of gotten a room cheaper somewhere nicer”

“Outside it was 102° and inside it was close to 80 in the lobby area, not very comfortable.”

“The hotel is brand new! We were the first ones to check in on the day it opened (6/30/26) so everything was pristine. I’m sure the lack of hot water to all the rooms has been corrected.”

“This place had all the amenities as promised, however the place just didn't feel right. The breakfast was mediocre, just because one coffee machine didn't work and the hot food were all empty. I wish I could say better about breakfast. We were grateful for the 30 minute later checkout. The TV service was not great. I was watching a movie and it stalled for over an hour and I ended up just turning off the tv. Just little things, but unnecessary.”

Unruly persons solicited for a ride as you arrive!!!! I begged to get clean sheets and blankets and I was DENIED!!!! I did NOT sleep!!!I sat down and dosed on/off the whole night because there was no flickin way to use that dirty bed!!! THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH NEEDS TO AHIT DOWN THIS DUMP...

“Clean room, courteous staff, who was personally text me if we need anything, unfortunately when I asked for toothbrush she was not available. Free, easy access parking around the building, free breakfast was pretty good. Then more quick food on a fancy establishment in front without having to cross a busy street. My teen enjoyed the place. Good for kids too.”

“After being recommended this establishment as a room to rent with no deposit, the front desk agent repeatedly tried to force me to pay a deposit at check-in until the manager heard me say I'd paid in advance for this room BECAUSE there was no deposit.”

Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and Patti at the front desk is one of the best I’ve come across. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated.”
