Perfect peace
Second time I’ve stayed here. It’s absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. I brought my mom and aunt with me and they enjoyed it as well. Beautiful home as well. My 2 bassets love it as well. So many geese, birds, squirrels and cows to watch!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your peace on earth!

Family vacation
The view and surroundings of the property are out of this world! The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and small appliances you could need. The layout of the house was great, it allowed each of us space if we needed and had multiple wonderful common areas. Host was available if needed but not intrusive, very friendly! We will be back for sure.

Blissful tranquility
This place is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful and so peaceful. I booked it for a much needed rest and relaxation vacation and it delivered! I brought my 2 basset hounds who loved watching the ducks, boats and cows! It's a great place to get back in touch with nature. Page was so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family! Grandparents, parents, and 5 kids- ages ranging 7-16. We enjoyed fishing, walks, playing games, having bonfires, playing horseshoes, football, and more! The property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals! The beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order! Can’t say anything bad about our visit! Owners live on the property in their own home, and were there to answer any questions that we had!

Our yearly sibling trip
Every year since our parents have passed we take a sibling trip this year we chose Oklahoma and had a wonderful at this property. It was so peaceful and so much room. The house was fully equipped and very few things needing attention and they were addressed immediately. Weather was fantastic. The linens on the beds were amazing and the views were perfect! Highly recommend this place for a quiet retreat.

Perfect location. Super clean and well stocked. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Very private. Host was attentive and helpful but not nosey or intrusive. If you give it a shot you will want to come back again and again. Also, pet friendly!

Amazing lakefront home!
I have to say Cassanda Shores is a special place and we have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental that has been this well stocked, you can tell the amount of time and care that has been taken by the owners to ensure their guests have everything they need. And then on top of that, you have this beautiful view, in a quiet part of the lake, which was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a great place to relax and spend good quality time with family.

Awesome place for Families!
We rented the house so our kids and grandkids could come together. It was perfect! Large spacious house on a great property. Far enough away from town and the main part of Grand Lake to feel secluded, but close enough to run in to town as needed. We loved fishing from the dock and the kids loved swimming right at the house. We also rented a boat that we tied up right there.

Perfect family vacation place
This was our second family vacation here and were looking to come again next year. We had four generations together, which doesn't happen often for us. We fished, swam, and kayaked every day. Everything we needed to make big meals was available. The views are fabulous and the house is simply perfect for us. We plan to come back every year it is available.

Absolutely wonderful place for your morning cup of coffee. The view, the birds, everything was wonderful. The kids had a great time exploring and collecting treasures. The hosts are such great people. The kids loved Paige's stories and explanations and inventions. (So did grandma and grandpa) The best by far was flying kites. We had the absolute best 5 days staying here! Page was so friendly and helpful, the house was beautiful and the views amazing. We had a blast taking our little boat out on the lake, swimming, and just enjoying the views from the deck. We can’t wait to do it again!

Perfect family place
We had family from several states come together and there was plenty of beds for everyone. The house and the grounds were a perfect setting for a family reunion. It's a picture perfect spot on Grand Lake. Very private and beautiful. The owner was very nice and helpful. We loved our stayy and we will come back!

Christmas Vacation
My wife and I are from Denver, North Carolina and we have two boys. One from Tulsa, Oklahoma and the other one from Fayetteville, Arkansas. This location was perfect. Our oldest boy and his wife from Tulsa have two sons, one three and the youngest is 9 months old. Our 3 year old grandson loved it here and hopefully we will be back for a Summer vacation. Perfect vacation plus we were able to experience a White Christmas.

Christmas Family Getaway
The host is very nice. We enjoyed meeting him and getting acquainted. The house was so comfortable and quiet. The baby napped upstairs and was never bothered by us downstairs. Fun family weekend
Fun family weekend on Grand Lake. I chose this property because it was only a couple hours drive from my home and there was plenty of room for my children and their small families my son has three girls and my daughter has a boy and a girl on the way. We had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful place, perfect for a family vacation
Three generations on a family vacation and we've decided to make this our annual vacation place. Beautiful home, beautiful views, and perfect for us to spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and we loved sitting at the large dining table playing cards or just chatting. Outside was wonderful. We played horseshoes, hiked, and played in the lake. We booked our next stay before we left.

We had a great family vacation. This home really does have it all. The grandkids could swim anytime they wanted. The host does a great job taking care of the property and makes you feel welcomed. There's a small pond for kids to fish in. My grandkids all want to go back already. It was the best relaxation vacation yet.

Memorial Day 2022
This was a great property. Very clean and well stocked. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Enough room for my family’s annual Memorial Day weekend. We came to enjoy a lake weekend with close friends from all over the Midwest. The lawn was the absolute perfect place for yard games (which we spent hours playing) and to enjoy the fire pit! The kitchen island is large, we spent a lot of time around it. This was perfect house. The owners are kid and responsive, they truly want everyone to have a great time! We loved our stay! Definitely recommend!

Nice Christmas at the Lake
After not being able to gather due to Covid, this Christmas was going to be special. We had unusually warm weather and was able to enjoy not only the excellent lake views from nearly anywhere in the house, but we also enjoyed sitting out on the deck and lakeshore. We hosted a holiday dinner. There is no dishwasher but the kitchen is very spacious and came equipped with all that we needed to pull off a full dinner menu! There was even a large crock pot! Everything was very clean. Me and some of my guests are particular and no one had a complaint. I felt very secure in the level of cleanliness of the home. Even the carpet which, I'm not a fan of. The layout of the home was great and afforded us the space to spread out yet be comfy and cozy. Our family loves to watch movies. The smart TV in the livingroom was the only TV in the home but it was loaded with apps like Netflix. The internet was strong enough to stream movies from my phone to the TV without a single glitch. This home has a seaside charm with modern conveniences. The beds were clean and provided a restful slumber. I loved the 3 beds in the kid's room. We all enjoyed our stay and none of us wanted to leave! Thank you!!

Property is so much larger than it looks! It was spotless! We had 4 couples and everyone had there space! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with. We didn’t get to use the fire pit due to rain and wind however, fireplace in house gave us the same fun! The only thing to be careful is the lake is very shallow along way out toward the river channel. We were fishing and had a depth finder so we were good! Caught a lot of catfish and went spoonbill fishing with No Wake Guide Service that was totally awesome! We would stay in this property again!

Large lake home which was very well stocked. Views of Grand Lake are fantastic. The upstairs King bedroom had a comfortable bed with well fitting sheets. Overpowering fragrance of fresheners upon our arrival. Could be a problem for those who have sensitivities. Comfortable, quiet country location for relaxing.
