Thoroughly decent hotel. Comfy bed. Strong, hot shower. Loads of parking. Shops and dining nearby. Pillows are low and soft, whereas I prefer a higher, firmer pillow. 10/10 for not charging the "eclipse tax" and jacking up the price like other hotels. I'd happily stay again. Thanks
I didn’t like that my key didn’t work the first time ,then the second time it did work, someone was already staying in the room. We walked in on them. Could have been a very dangerous situation had they not been understanding guest.

This hotel was spotless! The rooms were huge and beds comfortable. I got there early and they were so helpful getting me a room before check in. It was so quiet there….i will stay there again!

PARTY HOTEL
There was a party in the hallway all night. After asking the people to keep it down 3 times at 3 am. I went and spoke to the front desk. Nothing was done. We had to change hotels to get sleep the next night.

The front lobby staff was super friendly and answered my questions about surrounding restaurants in the area for my family. Coffee available 24/7.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly at times and indifferent at times. The coffee was terrible and some of the amenities were cheap. Overall. It was a decent stay, but I will probably look for a hotel that serves breakfast next time we come.

Check in was quick & easy. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean. My mom really liked it and I was glad to have a safe, clean, nearby option for her stay.

The staff downgraded our room before our arrival without telling us or offering a discount. We only learned of this when we got to the room and discovered it was not what we booked. The room type we actually booked was not available. We also chose this property because of the availability of the EV chargers which they could not activate on our first night. Neither of the reasons we booked this hotel were actually available so we were very disappointed.

Let guest know it’s an extended stay before booking. No maid, no clean towels. People hanging out in the lobby all hours of the night. First and last stay.
Two things 1) the pet policy is NOT friendly. They say it's friendly to get you to book and then drop extra fees and restrictions that nearly impossible to abide by. We have an old 5 pound dog. He couldn't cause any property damage if he wanted to. Doesn't matter. 2) No breakfast? If any type? That is unheard of in these days.

Pet friendly yes, as in pets are allowed. Most places have pet fees and restrictions. Not all hotels have breakfast available. Best advice, call the hotel you are booking with, to double check. Most websites do not have the most accurate info.

We had a good experience. The one thing we would like to see improved is the VERY slippery shower base. I almost fell!! Please include the rubber floor mats or fix that! Thanks!

Some staff was a little rude ( male ) while others were very polite . Only started with 2 bath towels , so had to ask for extra bc it was a 4 day stay. Also asked for an extra blanket but settled for an extra sheet .

The floor looked dirty and there were rings in the furniture. You could just tell that it hadn’t been cleaned well. The chair in the room was super dirty and had stains on it. The bed was comfortable enough. Slept in a blanket i brought with me though because I didn’t trust that the sheets were clean.
