“Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly.”

“The hotel offers a Park and Fly deal so the lot was a bit overcrowded. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not included so we just got on the road.”

“The room was very small and didn’t have a chair or somewhere to sit. But the shower was nice and the vanity area was large. There was a king size bed and the air conditioner worked great. It w as c inventions to Ohio State University where I went to a concert and near my friends in the area. The coffee house was convenient. I did not take advantage of the free coffee and breakfast sandwich each morning but I did have a specialty coffee that was really good.”

“Beautifull hotel! Food was a little bit cold tho, but other than that excellent hotel, up to date, well thought on decoration, beautifull blue/green paint at bathroom and bedroom. Keep doing great 🤘👌”

“Every staff member we interacted with was top-notch and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was way better than expected, and a great start to a busy day.”

“Neither television in our suite worked until we finally had to unplug everything reboot plug back in and then the remote did not work. When we called we were advised to unplug and plug in. Called ahead of time to see if we could see fireworks from room and were told yes. The only view we had was of a bunch of brick. Definitely not worth what was paid but luckily the live my wife and I share made our eve inf much mire bearable.”
