“The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇”

“The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! ”

“Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. If you can get a breakfast package do it, a good buffet with gluten free options and eat as much or as little as you want. The staff care which in this day and age is hard to find at most properties.”

“The air conditioning & ceiling fan are both effective. It's very close to the Surfers Paradise tram stop. Good for a budget stay. ”

“The room was clean however the family room was just two singles and a double sofa bed, the price for 1st night was okay but second night was quite high for what we got. The bigger room should have a queen bed with a single. The beds were uncomfortable.”

“Nice hostel, has a pool and cafe which is cool, my WiFi didn’t work. And with one fan in the room it made it super hard to sleep, but staff were nice. ”

“The breakfast was nice, the rooms were large enough and the pool was lovely. The downside is that there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Other than that, we were happy with the resort.”
