They changed my expedia reservation and charged me an extra $90/night x 2, because the room I booked online, requesting a cot, which the hotel confirmed on the phone and via the Expedia reservation email, apparently couldn’t fit the mattress. Unfortunately, my family and I had planned on staying two nights and couldn’t find other accommodations at the last minute. Felt like we were taken advantage of, as they didn’t honour the rate and changed our room type to make an extra $200. Very unnecessary, and trying economically as we travel with young children.
