Hotel a Good Forest

“Clean spacioous room. Bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee station, large tv with foxtel and a king bed that was very comfortable. We didn't use the a/c. Spa bath and shower in one . Not suitable for anyone with a disability. ”

“We had room 15 but the bed sloped downwards against the wall. Not flat. Very tiny ...... But bathroom was modern . Clean and tidy . No shops nearby and need a car to go to the shops . Reception wasn't open in the evening when guests arrive . Denise was good and welcoming. Expedia rates are much better than the room rates if booked direct . No heater in the room either and temp plunged to under 7 degrees while we were there. ”

“Spotless room and hotel, as new room and facilities, great shower 10 out of 10, excellent King bed and four extra large pillows. Good size room, close to the RSL and only a couple of minutes drive to the heart of Katoomba. Great Management & staff, highly recommend.”

“Had to communicate with the office no answer when called. Didn’t answer phone all day. Didn’t get a reply. Parking is really tight some spots shouldn’t be allowed.Quiite big rooms dark and clean room ”

“What a beautiful place to stay! Our room was comfortable (a little warm and no AC) and the staff was very helpful. We got great recommendations for dining and sightseeing from them. I highly recommend visiting the Katoomba area and Kurrara Guest House is a perfect place to stay. Good breakfast and very charming!”

“My partner reckons this is the best motel we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of power sockets and in the right places, heaps of storage and surfaces, big bathroom with space to leave three toiletries bags on the sink! Everything worked. Too cold to try the pool, too busy to try the tv or the restaurant. Very convenient for everything Lismore has to offer. ”

“We have stayed in Den Fenella Lodge for 3 nights. And the place is wonderful. We were quite impressed when we walked in. Very clean, spacious and well presented. The bedrooms are roomy, beds are very comfortable . Downstairs spa is a bonus, the kids really enjoyed it. Kitchen is fully equipped with big size fridge and dishwasher, all cookware and cutleries are provided. We cooked a few meals on the gas stove. It has got washing machine and dryer so we washed and dried our clothes and towels...

“Place was full of character with complimentary food, John kindly let us leave our luggage there while we went hiking after checkout and before our train back to Sydney. Room was spotless with fresh flowers when we arrived. ”

“I just loved my short stay at EVE, the view was amazing though the weather was not the best it was wonderful just sitting watching the storm roll in, nice and warm in the comfort of my lovely room with the fire on. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Loved the DVD library and the Alpacas, this is a very special place to unwind and relax i will definitely be back.”
