“Pleasant and efficient receptionist. Clean, spacious room. Parking was easily sorted. Good night's sleep, peaceful and comfortable as fan in the room. Won't buy a breakfast beforehand again online as it would have been much cheaper if bought when arrived there with the room offer.”

“We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.”

“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”

“The hotel was nicely situated on a hillside with wonderful views. The majority of the staff were helpful, only one person at the bar who was a bit sullen. The rooms were a little noisy, I think my room was above a kitchen as I heard banging of pans late into the evening.”
