“The contactless system is terrible. They tried twice to send me the “check-in app” and it didn’t work. I had to phone three times and then finally a code was emailed to me but it was only the code for the room, not the front door. Luckily there were other guests who were able to let us in otherwise I don’t know what we would have done. Just hire a human to check people in upon arrival!! Everyone knows you’re just trying to save money!”

“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”

“Sono stato benissimo in questo INN, lo consiglio veramente!. ll personale è insuperabile, ragazzi giovani, simpatici e dinamici . La camera non troppo grande nè troppo piccola ha tutto quanto serve. Il ristorante poi è veramente buono. Dalla colazione alla cena non ho mai avuto da ridire su niente. Se tornerò in zona pernotterò ancora qui. ”
