“I hate cats and I couldn't use the pool because there were 4 black cats and 1 brown cat along with a kitten near the pool. I complained and housekeeping was supposed to remove them but much to my surprise the next morning, the black cat and it's young were there awaiting me. They stood right at the patio door crying. Additionally, I was charged twice for my stay. I tried to contact Expedia but no response to my email. They charged both my cards, but I only realized this after I returned to...
