“The hotel was okay overall and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was a bit disappointing. I couldn’t tell if the walls were dirty or if the sealant was peeling, but it didn’t look very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.”

“There was one young woman and one young man working during our stay. The young woman seemed careless and was not very friendly. In contrast, the young man, who had been there for a while, was extremely friendly, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and felt safe. We used the swimming pool, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was good, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and kept everything clean and well stocked. I...

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was better than I’d expected and very comfortable. Whenever I went out, I was so happy to come back and take shower in that huge bathroom then lay in that bed. And I was so happy to see I had a full kitchen in my room. So, whatever wasn’t at breakfast, I could easily make myself. The stuff was so patient when I had to replace my keys not once or twice, but three times. Not once with a complaint or show of annoyance, they were angels. Especially...
