“Although we reach the hotel the next day we were supposed to show due to an problem with our rental car company, the front desk young gentleman, was very kind and helpful. He looked for a room for us. I definitely recommend this facility for their professional personal and clean rooms.”

“I checked out around 10:30 give or take. At approximately noon I figured out I had left my wallet in the hotel room. I immediately called the front desk and explained to the gentleman who answered my problem. He asked me to hold and he would ask housekeeping. After a couple minutes he told me that yes my wallet was in the room along with a white plastic bag with chargers and some medicine. I asked him to please secure it and I would pick it up in 3 days on my way back through Ocala. I was so...

“We found a roach in our room. Also a giant ant and spider but that is more acceptable. There was no blow dryer in the room and one towel was dirty. The fridge and crowded worked well and otherwise towels and sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate to get you started. Coffee was good.”

“The two front desk employees named Dennis and Terry were very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty nice and had a few different options for a quick meal including making fresh waffles. The Cracker Barrel store and restaurant was located next door to the hotel, so it was very convenient for a quick meal. The outdoor pool looked very nice although I didn't get a chance to enjoy it as our stay was only for one...

“I stayed 2 days and each day has a separate review one good one medium…… medium first….. I had no microwave… boooo!!! I stayed here because I had some teeth pulled so all I could really eat was soup….. nice to have a mic for that… water would not turn unwarm when I’d like a chilly drink. The 1st morning I went to the desk 8 times before I found them there…. It’s bad enough staff isn’t there until 9…. But to not find them until 10….. and all the time I wasted finding them! Fridge was dirty...
