“Clean, comfortable, ”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We did a drive by at 2pm to see the area. We were not thrilled. We noticed the front door to the unit was wide open, so we assumed it was being cleaned. We and picked up our son and came back around 4:15. The front gate and door to the unit were still wide open. It was a busy area with an active construction site next door. We walked in and found the place a mess. Garbage on the living room floor and in kitchen. Unmade slept in bed at main level. No sign of...

“Easiest check in and out process, very clean and updated room. Only a block away from the Heartwood sound stage and a few blocks from downtown. Worth staying here to cut the cost of uber.”

“Super easy if needing access to the UF campus or the hospitals. The building was a bit hard to find the first night but overall a great stay. ”

“The property was clean and in the perfect location for our event, but it was 3of us. The sofas are not sleeper, also there was an air mattress, but no bed linen. The property is conducive to only 1or possibly 2 people because the only bath is in the bedroom, but overall description adequate and host communication was great.”
