“Well I came there expecting for them to have a Spa. Because they said that had one on their website. Then I called them before I even came to get the prices for the Spa and they said that the person was not there that day. To me to call back. But it was already time for me to go there so I told myself I would see the prices when I get there. So i get there and there is no Spa. I was very upset. Then they said that they had free breakfast in the morning. But there was no actual breakfast. Only...

“This place has no hot water it gets lukewarm at best, there was some drunk hanging out all night in the room next to me out in the hall nobody would do anything about, the hot tub did not work the pool was nasty the breakfast if you could call it that was corn flakes and milk out of my damn jug stay away from this place I might have got bed bugs”

A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.”

“Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place.”

“Quiet and private location. Gene is a great lady who gave me great local restaurant recommendations in downtown High Springs and she made check in experience a breeze. Rob is also wonderful who replaced my smoke alarm battery as soon as I told him. Taylor another lady was very helpful and respectful. Overall it was a great experience and when I visit again this hotel is where I’ll stay”

“I was so worried about bed bugs because I contracted some from a previous hotel in Gainesville. I had to get rid of most of my things and it was all around terrible. Previous reviews on google suggested there was some here and it made me worried for the worst. Howerver, I was quickly reassured by the wonderful lady up front and the room was absolutely beautiful (also clean). Perfect for me and my partner! We enjoyed one of the best breakfast buffets I had in a while and got to enjoy a well...
