The room was horrible and dirty. I had to go to the store to buy sheets, towels, and wipes to clean the room and the bathroom. I paid 100 dollars for one night—how is this even possible? Don’t be fooled by the photos; in reality, it’s absolutely disgusting.

Very old Motel with yellow doors. Everything is out dated 1970s like. Need to be torn down.

We ended up not staying. There was no one there to check us in when we arrived so we left. This looks like a motel where people live full time.

I was so excited when my bill went from 63 dollars to 27$ but remember you get what you pay for ... They have cockroaches everywhere . Once they started crawling across the ceiling we left. We hung out in the car and refused to use bathroom. The side of the road would have been way more comfortable. It was non refundable and we were getting low on cash so we tried ... Total bonding experience in our terror!

First web site says 2 pm check in and it’s 3pm we were told, when arrived at 1:55pm, next we requested king bed and they advertised king bed but only twin beds, next we waited over 10 mins in heat outside to get guy woke up to wait on us, then waited outside while they made bed and emptied trash and swept and mopped! Then they did not provide us with wash clothes, we went to 5pm wedding and got back at 11 pm went to bathe and no wash clothes! Then could not get anyone to take key and complain when checking out at 9am! Very old motor lodge!

The worst possible hotel ever!! Bed bugs in one room. 2 towels for 2 people. One pillow each. One was a pull out bed not a king bed. Bugs everywhere. No ice. No internet and tv worked some. Air worked. The management was terrible. We paid for three days only stayed one cus daughter was sick. Or we would not have stayed. No refund either. Charged me extra to checkin 45 min early and there was not one person checked in. Do not stay here!!!!!

Rundown condition / very odd check-in with Confusion about the Expedia account and the former owner. Avoid it avoid it. Go down the road. There are several others on 19. That is what I will do from here on out. Oh, and did I forget they are asking for cash upfront which is another red flag.

This was a special vacation. I thought expexia had higher standards im very disappointed that we were even put into this hotel room. EXPEDIA came highly recommended. Definitely not a clean room. Absolutely disgusting spiders roaches nasty painted over bathroom. AC LEAKED TOILET LEAKED SINK DIDNT DRAIN. We didn't get the room we were charged for. Had to pay $20 extra when we got there to get a king size. We paid for a king room with king bed they put us in a full. Thats extortion. We would of left but weren't prepared to pay for another hotel and couldn't get our money back. Weird staff out at all hours of the night shut the power off to the room at night couldnt see to go to the bathroom when the lights did come back on there were roaches everywhere. We had an extremely bad experience and would appreciate our money back. Thank you for your time.

Our room was recently renovated and everything was new. Bath towels were my only complaint! You could tell the place had been recently taken over and it is still a work in progress.

When we arrived to check in the property was extremely run down and unappealing. The room was not even cleaned, ready for us to check in and we did not arrive before check-in time. The man that was running the place could not speak english very well either. When I asked to get my money back he told me that the other room was ready to come see it. I don't know why he would offer a room in the first place that was not clean if he already had a room ready. I was disgusted by the up keep of this location and will never step foot near it again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

I arrived after 6:00 pm. Office was not staffed. Called a number on the door and finally a person arrived. His iPad wasn’t charge to check my reservation. I waited while he went to my room and changed bedsheets? Finally got my reservations confirmed and given a key to the room. Room was ok. No soap so I used my shampoo to wash up before bedtime. During the night a huge bug was in my sink. It jumped into the shower where I smashed it. I regret staying there. I kept my socks on my feet and in the morning they were filthy from the dirty floor.
