Shands Hospital Guesthouse - Free Parking

This cozy condo is located in the heart of Gainesville, within walking distance of Shands Hospital, the University of Florida, and UF Veterinary. It is also just a short drive from downtown shops and restaurants.

The condo is furnished with all essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and two beds. There is also a washer and dryer in the building.

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is also close to everything you need.

The neighborhood is located just a few blocks from Shands Hospital, making it a convenient choice for hospital workers. It is also close to the University of Florida, so it is popular with students and faculty. However, the neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, with tree-lined streets and well-maintained homes.
HOUSE RULES

● The neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
● We do not allow parties in the home.
● No smoking inside; you may use the back patio with the windows closed.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
● Do not lit up candles or other open flames.
● Please turn off AC, lights, and heater when you go out.
● Please separate waste in the required bin.
● Visitors are allowed if they do not spend the night.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
● Any lost or taken decal will cause a $50 charge to your account for replacement.
