“This hotel needs significant upgrades. The rugs are worn, dingy and dirty, the "decorating" is not tasteful (to anyone), the pool towels were old and small, breakfast was subpar, the mattress and pillows were awful and you can hear everything in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms. The staff were friendly, but that is not nearly enough to justify a $216/per night stay. It felt like a motel, but it certainly was not as cheap as one.”

We reported it and were told they would put it on the list but they couldn't fix it now because the room would have to be closed for 5 days. The shower was VERY hard to turn on. “Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with...
