“When we arrived the guy at the front desk didn't know what he was doing. We gave him our deposit then paid for our room. Then the next morning we go down for breakfast and had to leave because of the roaches. Then after we checked out at 7 in the morning 5 hours later they tried charge my account another 100 dollars..”
