“The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good.
The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house.
Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years.”

“Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Also the mini fridge was not cleaned and glass shelving left on room floor. And cobwebs on the balcony glass sliding door. I was...
