“I have been staying at Hampton’s for over twenty years. The hotel policy is now to clean your room every other day. I arrived on Monday, did not want the room cleaned on Wednesday so put out my do not disturb. But I did want it cleaned on Friday but it was not and housekeeping claimed I had the sign out which I did not. I complained and asked that it for sure get cleaned on Saturday. It did not. Didn’t fit their every other day schedule. Finally got cleaned Sunday. Horrible customer...

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there was a persistent and unpleasant odor throughout the property. The hallway constantly smelled like people were cooking inside their rooms as early as 5:00 AM, which made the environment very uncomfortable.

“The room was just okay if you want to just have a sleep before you leave to continue on your trip then it'll be okay but for long-term stays I wouldn't recommend.
