“This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Expedia messed my reservation they never sent the reservation through to the hotel. then charged me to change the time which the property says there’s no charge within 24 hours of changing dates canceling. The hotel clerk went way over and above to help straighten this out.”

Jackie who runs the kitchen is always helpful when in need of something and has a clean dining area and good choice of breakfast items. All staff was nice whenever you approached one. “Very nice quiet comfortable large room with a kitchenette, Large bathroom with handicap bar to assist in getting in and out. Coffee was served on a clean station mornings. The manager, maintanence fellow and both desk clerks I interacted with all showed professionalism, kindness, and hospitality the week I spent there. Will stay again.”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bedding looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy and I have better looking rags than what passed for towels and washcloths here. They were old, yellow and almost see-through. There was shouting outside our room in the middle of the night. The best thing about the hotel was it was very close to the airport.”

“While it was nice to have a full kitchen and a clean and comfortable bed, the cabinets and/or the carpet had a strong smell that is in my clothes after getting back home (musty, woody?? I don’t know). The bathroom really needed updating, the shower and tub faucet leaked, there were some areas lacking grout or caulk that had turned black. It was ok considering the price. ”
