“This place is so nice! The front desk staff were so friendly both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. There were a bunch of families getting breakfast at the same time. The food was constantly being refreshed and there was olenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely recommend staying here! ”

“Elevator needs some attention. Hot tub was boarded up.”

“24 hour gym was a plus. Having cold water and juice dispenser available 24/7 would improve the stay.”

“Internet good. The rooms were pretty. But housekeeping was nonexistent. We asked for room cleaning and did not receive any, despite staying for 4 nights. We had to ask for additional towels, washcloths, and soap. The pool area was nice, however, the pool chairs were dirty, and cushions had visible dirt, and oily spots. Breakfast was marginal, could have had more options. ”

“We booked the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport last minute due to an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The room rate was fair, and the amenities were excellent for our last day in Orlando with the family. We were placed on the sixth floor right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. “My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...

“I have to say that Debbie at the front desk and Minerva who drove the shuttle LITERALLY saved my life. My heart medication got stolen from my bag at the airport and I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip. Minerva and Debbie sprang into action and found a local pharmacy that was able to fill my Rx right away and then still get me to the airport in time for my international flight to attend a friends wedding. Wow. WOW. Wow. So eternally grateful ❤️”
