“Very nice hotel. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The showers were great and no sign of mold or dust. The only complai t I had is they were to clean the room as scheduled but didn’t show up. After telling the staff they were there bright and early. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh forgot they had a fridge in the room but no microwave. Very useful to have with kids”

“The staff were so rude. This wasn’t even our problem every guest we ran into here had the same issue. They don’t clean any rooms, they are in no way helpful, they always acted like we were an inconvenience when we would ask any questions. “Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Orlando. The building is beautiful and feels completely brand new. Housekeeping is done upon request, which worked perfectly for us and gave us more flexibility during our stay.
The only thing that would make it a 10/10 for us would be having a laundry room (my mom would absolutely love that!), and maybe even a pool.
Other than that, everything was perfect — we truly loved it and would definitely stay here again!”
