“Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! ”

“Staff was friendly. Landscaping is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. However…. The room was ok clean. Tidy, but… Pizza boxes left in oven. Splatter on walls. Carpet had big stains. One lamp was broken a teetering. And there is NO soundproofing between floors. I mean, none. Anyone simply walking around, just normally, upstairs could be heard. Lots was good. But the noise was significant.”

“Good hotel for light sleepers--recommend asking for a room facing the townhouses behind the hotel. The fan provided was also the best ever--big box fan that drowned out any hallway noise. The front desk staff were amazing--especially the two Hannah's. They went out of their way to find me a quiet room--I ended up canceling my next accommodation and extending my stay thanks to their assistance. “My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...

“First room they put us in had mold on ceiling from leak above. Second room was better however the fan in bathroom did not work and people above smoking - odor came through our bathroom fan and we could not blow it out...yuk! Parking easy and felt safe. Pool area very was nice, but had not been cleaned in a while. Air conditioning worked fine. Most staff was not real friendly, only lady in late evening seemed friendly. Will not go back to this one.”

“This hotel was run down. Most rooms were under renovation. You could hear smoke alarms beeping all night. This is a hotel that rents by the week so people live there. Room was not clean. I stayed multiple nights the cleaning people only emptied the trash and changed my towels. Did not change the beds or clean anything. The pool area was the only enjoyable part of the stay. ”
