“Good hotel for light sleepers--recommend asking for a room facing the townhouses behind the hotel. The fan provided was also the best ever--big box fan that drowned out any hallway noise. The front desk staff were amazing--especially the two Hannah's. They went out of their way to find me a quiet room--I ended up canceling my next accommodation and extending my stay thanks to their assistance. “Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”
