“All we wanted wanted was a nice quiet night but there must’ve been a baseball tournament going on close by. Trash everywhere and kids running all night knocking on doors. What a waste of money and time. The staff was nice. But I felt like I was at a zoo. ”

“Breakfast was efficient with friendly staff to help. For fresh fruit there were bananas and individually wrapped apples, choice of two or three cereals, made-to-order waffles, eggs, spinach and bacon egg-bake, and pastries, coffee and a couple varieties of tea. The breakfast room was a pleasant space--clean, bright and modern.”

“Did not feel safe at this hotel. A lot of homeless on the street out front. My interior window on first floor room was unlocked when I checked it. Airport shuttle was nice but did not start till 6:00 am and did not run after 6:00 pm”

“Everything was great except my room. It was a little run down. Both phones in room was not working, one of the lights on the side of the bed was not working. Air conditioner was loud. It was also leaking water on the floor I didn’t notice till I went to grab things near the air conditioner and it was all wet.”

“I booked a room two months in advance but upon arrival the two bed. option was not available and I had to settle for a much smaller queen bed with a pull out. .no advance notice ,nothing else was available. The Mgr. Blamed Expedia. I paid for extra and no reduction until I pleaded my case when checking out. The morning Mgr did adjust down the price but I had little or no sleep . The room TV didn't work, the couch and chair were in need of repairs and air conditioner was running all...

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”
