“The room is comfortable, but the a/c unit is outdated”

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. “this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”

“The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe.
