“Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing.
It was clean.
It just wasn't in good shape.
Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs.”

La struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Quindi la consiglio.
Non sono contenta della poca disponibilit à e non conoscenza del problema della celiachia del ragazzo del buffet, il quale mi ha liquidato dicendo che fosse una sua scelta la non presenza del pane senza glutine e facendo un elenco di prodotti assenti come il latte di soia. Come se la celiachia fosse una scelta.

“It is the most terrible experience I have lived in a hotel, loud music in the rooms, dirty room, dirty sheets, bad smell inside and outside the room and garbage in the corridor outside the rooms, I have photos of what I say; I had to leave the hotel 9 hours later; I made my formal complaint at reception 5 minutes after having checked in

“The room booked had a kitchenette. Upon arrival we were informed there was no kitchenette available and that the difference in room price would be refunded. No refund was issued.
The property appears to be very active with people who appear to be long term guests moving about, often including late into the night, engaging in conversation across balconies spanning several rooms. The room looked to be unfinished, exposed floor screws in concrete that would otherwise be covered by tile, a 1/4 gap...

“There were places like the fan blades that had not been cleaned in sometime. There is a light right next to the entry door and when you open the door to go in, the flying bugs storm in. There were also pots and pans etc. but no range or similar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I love little mom and pop motels but this was a bit gross.
I also had a ocean view room, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out thru the hase.
oh, the room is maybe 10ft off of probably the busiest street...

“I chose this hotel based on the photos online, but they were very misleading compared to what the property actually looks like in person.
The room had a strong unpleasant smell and felt generally unclean. The furniture was old and worn down, and the entire space felt musty and not well maintained. The air conditioning also did not work well, which made the stay uncomfortable.
