“several wall switches non-operational; some of the furnishings could have been cleaned better; bath ceiling fan very loud; make sure your room faces the back parking as the traffic noise from Rt85 (which is immediately in front of the of the building) in front is significant all night. Otherwise, all was as expected for this class motel: clean overall, check-in quick, furnishings thruout very basic but getting old, very basic breakfast, general location is convenient. “Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. ”

“Room wasnt cleaned very well-trash in waste basket, leftovers in fridge, shower cra ked and dirty, blankets stained with sweatstains..breakfast was good and staff friendly..kids running up and down hall being loud late at night causing disturbance but overall ok..”

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay....

“The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they...

“Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service”
