“Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. I couldn't rave about this hotel more. The Hotel Way exceded my expectations. Thank you All”

“Room and staff were great!”

“I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.”

“Enjoyed my stay for a conference. It was a very quick walk to the convention center and there were good spots for dinner and drinks within walking distance. Valet parking was efficient and reasonably priced. Felt very clean and safe.”
