“The hotel was ok. The doors to the rooms are not square and leave a gap at the top. The bathroom had a mild mildew smell. Pool was not open to swim, but I was able to sit in the sun next to it. Staff was pleasant. Room was decent.”

“Felt like the area was sketchy- 1130pm people hanging outside the rooms outdoors and walking around. Were placed by the stairs and was loud all nightlong. Room was fine for a quick night. ”

“Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!”

“Breakfast was great”

“In town with sister for an overnight trip. Deshawn at the front desk greeted us and was absolutely so pleasant and friendly, both at check in and at check out. He is really one of the best front desk associates I've encountered at any Best Western, or hotel in general. The room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants as well as getting off/on the interstate. Felt safe. Left the car at the hotel and took a Lyft to our event at First Horizon Center. Breakfast was a little light...

“Clean room, staff was friendly. Stayed there with husband and two kids. Only negative remark is the constant smell of someone smoking weed, especially waking up first thing in the morning and the entire room smelling like it”

“Only negative thing is the pet fee…we had to pay $30 per 2 very small dogs….thinking $30 is adequate for both In my opinion…99% of traveling owners are very responsible….my thoughts anyways ”

“Hotel is getting a little " tired " in some areas.Needs to be updated. Staff were Ok but room had an empty Kleenex box and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. Housekeeping should do a better job of that.”

“Advertised exercise room but it was closed for renovation Pool was open but not heated indoor. Hot tub permanently closed. Ripped furniture in breakfast area. Computer printer was jammed with log job queue.Rooms needed refurbishing old chipped furniture. Burned out bulbs in lights.”
