“At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.”

“The room was dirty and the staff weren’t helpful. Breakfast was not included, we were given vouchers due to a misunderstanding with check in and they were supposed to be for both days they maxed us out and the whole family didn’t even get food. There were bugs on property. We had called ahead of time to let them know we’d be late and they said that was fine when we got there the lady at the desk refused to let us che k in because we were late and had us call Expedia who also didn’t do anything....

“Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. “AC in room leaked all over the carpet and was busted up plastic on ac busted broken but did cool down the room Close doors to office at 10 pm but claim safe area ? No coffee pots in the room or and no coffee before 6 am Breakfast was basic but could make waffles and cold cereal coffee was decent all in all I would stay again price was reasonable and no bugs so yes stay again”

“This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. When I told the woman this is why it should be an authorization rather than a charge she couldn’t care less what I had to say. This is a...
