“I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.”

“The room was clean and temperature very comfortable. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we did sleep well. The area was quiet and the staff was very helpful.”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“It was an experience to say the least. I had to cross through the laundry room to access my room, and the floor was practically flooded. The room I stayed in was non smoking, however, as soon as you open the door you are hit with an immediate wave of cigarette odor to the point it gave me a headache. Everything was stained from the furniture, walls, carpet, and even the ceiling. I genuinely felt unclean staying in the room to the point I slept with my outside clothes on and a jacket so that my...

“It’s an old outdated hotel. Dirty water stained bathrooms, rust around fixtures, flushing of the toilet was a hot mess. Beds were not comfortable. Front desk lady was talking not very nice about the gentleman who booked our stay. Not a very good experience all around to say the least. ”

“I drove down from Buffalo, NY, the hotel was very easy to find, close to many things including a mall. The room was very spacious and VERY reasonably priced! I 100% will stay here again the next time. Highly recommended!!”
