“Friendly staff. Clean rooms I have been here a few times”

“Breakfast had more options than expected. We didn’t realize when booking that this was a motel, not a hotel so not happy about that, but that was our mistake. Convenient to Ruby Tuesdays and Taco Bell for meals, as well as a WalMart behind the building in case you forget anything. Motel was also very well lit. ”

“The room wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Its run down, dusty old dressers and broken bathroom door. Will not be staying ever again!”

“Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex”

“This could be a lovely hotel, but I’d need of maintenance and cleaning. The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. The front desk staff was friendly and the location was good.”

“The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. ”

“Fairfield Inn was great but when checking in they told me Expedia had overcharged me by $75. Got in touch with Expedia and they gave me a bunch of BS as to why they overcharged and would not refund me.”

“Beautiful hotel staff was lovely & Chris was so helpful. Only recommendation I have is replace the pillows. ”
