“Disgusting. Parties all night. Families living there. Room was nothing like the picture. Left at 3 am because I didn’t feel safe there. ”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“Its an old facility. The carpets are old and tired and need replacing immediately. The room itself was comfy (except for the carpets) and I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo etc. that was provided. The room rate included breakfast - but one morning of my stay the kitchen was closed down, no notice was given, no signs were posted. Not even coffee was provided (you could buy a coffee from a machine for a minimum of $4.) the mini- market was way overpriced- $4 for 2 Advil? Really? When the...

“We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

“The only reason I’m not leaving a 5 Star review is due to the fact for several days of my week long stay, I could smell the use of marijuana. I am retired law enforcement and my step-son was lost his life because of marijuana so I do not tolerate it very well. I did NOT report it for the simple fact that house keeping was on the floor several times during the week and if anyone should have reported it, it was them. “The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay.
