Hotel a Kernersville

“The hotel was ok. The doors to the rooms are not square and leave a gap at the top. The bathroom had a mild mildew smell. Pool was not open to swim, but I was able to sit in the sun next to it. Staff was pleasant. Room was decent.”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. ”

“The breakfast menu is fresh, but we do not get your experience in pancakes because they had the pancake machine shut down”

“Not my 1st stay at this adorable and historical inn. Everything is quaint and authentic. Some minor improvements can be seen needed in different rooms. Especially in the bathrooms. The best free breakfast you’ll get anywhere! Also walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants.”

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“The breakfast was amazing!! The only complaint was that the pool was green and gross. But the hotel staff was great and everything in the gym was brand new!!!”

“The bathroom was tiny and leaked water from somewhere. The furnishings are just really old. The whole property needs to be renovated. The breakfast wasn’t that great and we ended up skipping the second two mornings. ”

“Great stay except for one hotel associate that snapped at us for looking for coffee after dinner time in the 24/7 coffee station. ”

“Property is old but clean. Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. ”

“This Hotel is extremely nice and the staff was very welcoming. I believe it just opened in October/2025. The area looks as if its undergoing major upgrades. Would definitely stay here again. If you like baseball, there's what looks to be a minor league team/stadium across the street.”
