“This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...”

“Clean room and on site parking. Wine and cheese reception and hot breakfast included. Great staff. We will be back!”

“From the time I walked in I was greeted by staff. She was super attentive and made sure due to my early flight the next morning I would have a little breakfast bag to go ready. My room was clean and the property was very safe. The only minor issue I had was the children in the room above me running around and jumping after 9pm while I was trying to sleep. I wish they would have been assigned a room on the first floor. Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay.”

“AC was out my entire stay had to ask for maintenance to come out for 2 days straight and then he came and said AC was working fine it was extremely hot in my room visibly no air coming out and no ac flow yet he said air coming out was 54 ° lol a joke. Pool was closed our entire stay which was why we booked here very disappointed also saw a roach near lobby”

“Website said breakfast was included, but was NOT included if you booked on Expedia or 3rd party site. Hotel said breakfast was only included if you booked directly on their website. Very misleading! Also, hotel entrance closest to parking lot was not accessible with room key. There was no sign stating any hours of operation or one indicating there was a problem with the door. This was VERY inconvenient as it required walking around entire property to gain entry at main entrance. After entering...

“Clean room. Coffee amenities were good in room. Easy parking ”

“Arrived to be notified of 2 surprises I don't recall seeing in property description. Yes, they are dog friendly, however the fee is $75/ night and the pet area is across the street and half block away, not convenient for middle of the night potty run. Also, the ONLY parking is Valet which I was told was $20, final bill was $28, rounding out a 1 night stay to >$500. Sure there's "on street parking" if you can find it with several other hotels nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time.”
