“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom but I understand it was for esthetics and served as...

“At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.”

“When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels.”

“This hotel brandishing a well kept site but the actual spot is not at all aesthetic. The ac unit barely worked. The shower had soap left in it. The bathtub had a ring and dirt. There were also people loitering that were not guests. A lady approached my son in the car and asked him for money smh. I definitely will not be going back.”

“The area was so trashy! The hotel was sketchy! The room was dirty, we saw a crack pipe in our room. Only stayed because it was a short stay and we couldn’t get refunded”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
