“The sheets were clean but the walls and bathroom could use a deep cleaning. There was lots of dust, dirty spots on walls in the bathroom, shower, mirrors, toilet and lamp shades. We had two rooms and both were similarly dirty. Pool wasn’t clean either - cloudy water and green along steps. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly.”

“Asked for room to be cleaned, they never came. We were there 3 nights. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Loud people yelling and carrying on in the hallway late at night. Do not recommend.”

“At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.”

“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. “The stay was good. The only advice would have to do with the breakfast meals. For those who have food allergies, but still could eat the food if it were served safely, you need to consider arranging food so that cross contamination doesn't happen. We have stayed at multiple hotels and managed our gluten allergy without any issues. The method of having bread products above food products does not keep food from being cross contaminated and as a result it is not safe for us to eat. We were...

“My family enjoyed our stay we just wish breakfast hours were longer. It was difficult getting to the area before 9am especially with kids. However, we enjoyed the pool and the staff members were all pleasant to work with.”

“AC in room leaked all over the carpet and was busted up plastic on ac busted broken but did cool down the room Close doors to office at 10 pm but claim safe area ? No coffee pots in the room or and no coffee before 6 am Breakfast was basic but could make waffles and cold cereal coffee was decent all in all I would stay again price was reasonable and no bugs so yes stay again”
