“The overall property was very good. With that being said our room not so much. We had an ant infestation on the bathroom, there was a urine stain on the pull out couch, there were two places on the carpet with crusty stains and the TV remote was filthy.”

We were met immediately, despite the lateness of the hour, by a very friendly and professional staff member. Our room was very nice, roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept very well. “Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. ”

“This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...”

“Location of hotel excellent and room was very nice and quiet. Housekeeping service was every other day which is fine as long as the staff ensures amenities are sufficient to last for two days. We returned to room after it was cleaned to an empty paper towel, facial tissue, and hand soap dispenser, and a half roll of bathroom tissue. We had to visit the front desk three separate times to get necessary items. It is clear that hotell management’s emphasis is on efficiency to the detriment of...
