“At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.”

“Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better: 1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends. 2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very...

“AC in room leaked all over the carpet and was busted up plastic on ac busted broken but did cool down the room Close doors to office at 10 pm but claim safe area ? No coffee pots in the room or and no coffee before 6 am Breakfast was basic but could make waffles and cold cereal coffee was decent all in all I would stay again price was reasonable and no bugs so yes stay again”

“Property is in the Old Salem downtown area… area was OK, but seemed to be a lot of police presence, and some homeless frequenting the property!! Room was clean and offered ample space, customer service was fantastic!!”

“This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.”
