One hitch: It does not sleep 8 or provide 4 queen sleeping spaces, and would be more accurately listed as having 2 queen beds and 1 high quality queen air bed. “Booked this house as an alternative to a hotel because we had a bunch of family coming in for Elon graduation (we were expecting 7 and ended up with 5) and we wanted somewhere not far from campus where we could spend time together instead of hanging out in a hotel lobby or bar.
