“For the price it was not bad. The facilites and rooms needs some attention as they are not being maintained well. The hotel staff was exceptional. The property does offer good amenities and common areas. Very easy to access all the area offers.”

“The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.”

“The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? “Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray.”

“I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it.”

“Staff was excellent. The rooms have some upgrades but it is clean for an affordable overnight stay. However, I was in a supposedly non smoking room but it previously had a smoker in it andvthe bedspread had the evidence. If asthetics are important and you can't handle well used fabrics it might not be for you. Vanity was nice, bed was comfortable but drapes spread and bathroom ceiling needed care. Staff was absolutely amazing.New floors but craftsmanship for edging lacking talent.”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“Have stayed here several times and the place has gone way downhill. There was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Taking a shower was a slippery hazard. The front desk did provide a mat at my request. Much better. Indoor pool was not in service. TV is a junky Magnavox. Many of the DirectTV channels were unavailable. Generally, very worn down. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable.”
